Refund Policy

Membership

Generally, PayRisk does not offer refunds for memberships. If PayRisk fails to offer a user managed, searchable database to its members, refunds will be issued provided the failure was not due to:

  1. Scheduled system maintenance
  2. Unscheduled system outage
  3. Inaccessibility due to internet issues
  4. Unforeseen threats that compromise the integrity of the information held by PayRisk
  5. Acts of God

If a membership is terminated for violation of the Terms and Conditions no refund will be made.

Debt Processing

Debt processing refunds will not be issued as these funds are forwarded to the PayRisk member who listed the debt. Please contact the member directly to discuss a refund.
